At Antiweb, we sell digital Norton Antivirus licenses that are delivered instantly via email. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns for Activated Products

Once a Norton license key is delivered and activated, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if:

• The license key has not been activated.
• The product delivered is incorrect or defective.

3. Refund Process

• Email us at info@antiweb.online with your order number and proof of issue.
• We will verify your claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Wrong purchase made by the customer.
• Product incompatibility with your system (please check requirements before purchase).
• Delay in license activation after delivery.
